    An operations assessment provides a formal review of organizational structure, controls, staffing, capabilities, servicing system platform, processes, and the documentation of processes. We analyze these items against obligations under servicing contracts, regulatory requirements, strategic goals, and industry best practices. Many clients’ utilize this service to help identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve servicing quality, or assure execution against industry best practices.

  • Policy & Process Development

    Changes in Servicing Operations frequently require a modification, re-engineering, or re-development of key Servicing processes and procedures. Growth, evolution of operations, new business lines, and servicing system conversions are a few triggers that may require change.
